Use gamification for making learning about mental wellbeing more fun
Manuel Semedo
I feel that competition is not a good option even if it's good competition. Someone might not feel so well looking at how they are falling behind... can it be something derived from the commons board game? Just an idea, might be interesting
Oliver Dauert
Manuel Semedo very important perspective, because as you mention the last thing we want is for people to feel even more anxious! Do you have a screenshot or something about the Commons Board Game? SO I can understand what you refer to?

"Gamification, Community - either friendly competition, or maybe for the vibe of this app some sort of cooperative gaming might be better"
Oliver Dauert
"Have you thought about gamifying it?
Like Duolingo with streaks and levels?
Duolingo isn't the best app to actually learn a language but it works because people don't wanna lose their streak.
Or insight timer is more subtle bit there's levels and stars for how often you meditate.
It's something that can keep people engaged and help build those habits!"
Oliver Dauert
"They also said that they like competition so if there is a type of leaderboard it would motivate them to use the app more. "
Oliver Dauert
"Someone suggested having some sort of leaderboard, might encourage people to use the app more regularly. "
