Totally with Mavra on the "5 things" technique (or its variations) that help disconnect from the state of anxiety and reconnect with your senses or, in our case, nature.
We have a similar service/app for Ukrainians helping my people deal with the war-induced stress and anxiety. There are other techniques that are scientifically/clinically proved to be effective.
The whole thing is in Ukrainian language, so no use giving a link. BUT if this suggestion gets enough votes to make the cut, I would be happy to research, try, and translate what our local Ukrainian resource (a certified one, I must mention) is providing.
